2009 P Lincoln Cent Roll 2009 P Lincoln Cent Roll released by the U.S. mint in Lincoln City, Indiana on May 14th. The auction is for 1 BU 2009 P cent roll released on May 14th. The roll comes with the new issue Lincoln Commmorative Postage Stamp. The side of the roll is date stamped: Lincoln City, IN, May 14, 2009. The mint didn't sell boxes like Hodgenville. Only 6 per person each time though the line. Dealers are not going to have as many this time around. ONLY A FRACTION of the rolls given out were stamped. Please look at the photos. It is of the actual roll up for auction. Please be aware of scammers with fake stamps. I just did a search for the Rail Splitter rolls. Only the stamp shown above and the round black cancel stamp were at the Lincoln Boyhood Memorial. The post office required a 44 cent postage on the roll in order to have it canceled. The postal cancel stamps do not have "early release" or "first release" on them. The mint does not stamp rolls "first release" or "early release". Payment and Shipping Paypal.
