United States mint Lincoln Coin and Chronicles Proof set comes in a wonderful presentation book with a certificate of authenticity. The five piece coin set consists of 1 silver dollar and 4 commemorative lincoln one-cent coins. The Silver Dollar was minted in Philadelphia with a composition of 90% silver and 10% copper. The four Lincoln one-cent coins have four different designs, each representing a different aspect, or theme, of the life of President Lincoln: Birth in Kentucky 1809-1816, Formative years in Indiana 1816-1830, Professional Life in Illinois 1830-1861, and Presidency In Washington DC 1861-1865. Minted at the United States mint in San Francisco, each Lincoln one-cent coin has a composition of 95% copper, its original metal content when first introduced in 1909.
