Thisdossier is an original RM catalog for " the most famous car in theworld ," the 1964 Aston Martin DB5 which was auctioned on October 27th, 2010 for $4.7M . As you can see from the photos, the catalog was cleverly designed to replicate a dossier much like those used by 007 . The pages inside contain numerous photos, news-clippings, and documents related to the classic car, its use in the movies Goldfinger and Thunderball , and its various drivers. There were even markings made during printing to imitate coffee stains and water splashes. It appears 007 took this on his mission! Car lovers and James Bond enthusiasts alike will enjoy the catalog cover-to-cover and be glad to have it as a collectible.
