We have cut these coins out of the mint sets and they are still in the plastic so have not been handled since leaving the mint. The mintmark and date are written in letters around the edge of the coin. We couldn't take a picture of this aspect, but we almost always get the right one in your package. Check the edge upon receipt if you want to verify and if there is any problem, send an email and we will straighten it out.These coins are stored and will be shipped to you in their original mint plastic. Starting in 2007 the mint ceased packaging mint sets in cellophane and began using a stiff, formed plastic instead.
