You are bidding on a 2013 United States American Silver Eagle that has been graded and certified by PCGS as a MS-70 First Strike. It has also been signed by John M. Mercanti, the 12th Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint. The holder is in mint condition as well. I will accept all major credit cards and Paypal on this item. Winning bidder pays $5.00 shipping, handling and insurance for the first auction won and $1.00 for each additional auction won (except group lots) anywhere in the United States.
