this is the first week of auctions i'm writing after my return home. my trip was great and the historic sites were fab-o (of course), but my favorite experiences were with the book dealers. on the left bank of the seine, from notre dame almost to the louvre, people had cart after cart after cart of books. i think i could have stayed there for a week. i had to show restraint as unfortunately i could not see myself hauling back all the books i really wanted to. what i did do was pick out 5 that i really, really liked and brought those back for you. i am sharing those with you this week.this week has some great books including the ones i brought back. saturday deals with WWII quite a bit although there are other good volumes as well. sunday is a mix. you will see us presidents, the us west & vintage books of socialism and communism. nature, popular fiction and a stunning, huge volume of currier and ives prints will also be shared. it's just a really good week.enjoy these selections. have a safe and super week. watch out for bicyclists. and as always, thanks for stopping by.......THIS BOOK IS DATED 2013 AND IS THE LATEST IN THE VERY GOOD IN DEATH SERIES FEATURING LIEUTENANT EVE DALLAS AND COMPANY.EDITION - FIRST, 1STTHE AUTHOR IS J.D.
