American Flyer 20730 The Champion Train Set w/ OB Exc. 1962S gauge Pike Master couplers.Set complete and runs nice.I set this up and everything works like new.NOTE: This set has some issues,which I will explain in the descriptions.CAUTION: Not for the Beginning Model Train Operator,this is for the more Advanced Model Train Operator or Non Operating Collector. These old train sets require lots of patience and adjusting to get them to run properly.The set as Follows:# 1 - 21085 Chicago & Northwestern 4-6-2 Steam Engine & Tender. Has Smoke and Choo-choo. This engine is in like new condition everything works like new. Tender has Pikemaster coupler.# 2 - 25082 New Haven operating Boxcar Orange. Comes with 3 yellow plastic Hay bales. Everything works like new. This car should have a brake wheel but it is broken off. Can easily be replaced. Car is like new.# 5 - 24566 New Haven Flatcar with Tractor trailer auto transport. Black plastic. Tractor trailer only has two autos and one is missing front wheels. T should be 5 autos. Car is like new otherwise.# 6 - 24328 Shell Tankcar yellow plastic. Car is like new.# 7 - 25071 American Flyer Lines Tie Car operating. Comes with 5 brown plastic ties,not sure if this is the right amount. Maybe t should be 6 not sure. Everything works car is like new.# 8 - 24633 American Flyer Lines Bay window Caboose Silver Radio Equipped Car is like new.# 9 - 22020 50 Watt Transformer like new. Comes with two wires for connecting to track,these wires are not original to set.# 10 - 26310s 8 curved pikemaster track all very nice.# 11 - 26300s 3 straight pikemaster track all very nice.# 12 - 26302 1 straight terminal and uncoupling track section very nice.# 13 - Gilbert American Flyer Train Assembly and Operating Instructions sheet. Printed both sides # M5674 VG+ # 14 - American Flyer Instructions for Mechanical Cars. Comes with Track trip for operating cars. Printed both sides # M5466 has some small tears etc. does not detract from overall.# 15 - 1 - No. 25 smoke Cartridge package P-1581-25B Has small funnel and little red soft plastic bladder with some smoke fluid left.# 16 - 1 envelope for rail connectors 24 pcs. These are on track already but t are 2 extra in envelope. # M5684# 17 - 20730 Set box This box is in nice condition but missing the display cutout insert. This is the insert with cutout sections for each car etc.,would have made this set better looking but it is not Box measures 22" by 20" by about 3 1/2" deep.NOTE: You do not see these sets in this kind of Exc. condition very often.
