This early piece [c.1920] of "Warwick" restaurant china is a top-marked, 8" luncheon plate with the emblem for the "United States Light House Service". An agency of the Federal Government it was also know as,"The Bureau Of Light Houses". The service was created in 1910 and merged into the "United States Coast Guard" in 1939. The white plate is decorated with an aqua color teal on the logo and a band around the rim and inner line. This fabulous piece of vintage Americana is in extra-fine condition; No cracks,chips or crazing and very little utensil marks, graphics and color are vivid {a tiny spot of color wear on rim}....Thanks for shopping & Check out my other items !
