FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 4 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons have a wonderful realistic and figural look. They are made from a mold that has a great 3-D quality and high relief. Each measures approx. 22mm (3/4") wide and has a metal loop shank. They have been back painted under clear glass with a silver mirror back enamel giving the button an illusion of depth and a glow from within. The spider and web are painted in matte black and bright gold enamel for contrast. ***** This is an exclusive and limited edition button that is produced exclusively for us. We own the antique mold and design all of the color combinations and paint finishes. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!
