This vintage pair of 23" scissors are beautifully made. In very good condition, other than a small ding on one of the corner edges...just made an imprint, no change of color. I do not know where they were made or exactly when. They do open and close so you can position them on your wall any which way you like, .The handles measure 7" wide while closed and the blades measure 15" while fully extended open.Shipping is calculated cost at buyers expense.
