Absolutely GORGEOUS 24" Sweetie Pie by Effanbee. She is huge and sweet, hence the name. She is marked on the back of her neck "EFFANBEE." She has a composition head with elaborately molded brown hair. Most compo dolls have hints of curls or strands of hair around the perimeter but Sweetie Pie has molding all the way to the crown in front, back and sides. She has beautiful blue flirty eyes that move from side to side as well as open and close. She has brush eyelashes that are thicker on one side than the other, but there. She has little dimples in the tops of her cheeks, just under her eyes, chubby cheeks and a closed mouth. She has full composition arms and composition legs to upper thighs. Cloth torso in good repaired condition. Mama crier only sounds when you pat her. Sweetie Pie's eyebrows have a high arch and small mouth - this is as the original paint - to enhance her cartoonish look.She comes dressed in her original sateen dress which is peach and she has a matching peach bonnet and booties. Sweetie Pie has been professionally and authentically restored.
