#P 24 NEW HOME MIDGET Antique Sewing Machine ~ A++ In lovely condition. The hand crank smoothly moves the needle, lifts the foot and you can see the ribbed 'cloth mover' on the underside moving forward on each stitch. There is a spring loader arm which I suspect is a bobbin winder, and the mechanism to raise and lower the foot also work easily. Paint is in very good condition as are all the decals. The underside mechanism is clean and all springs are present. The work surface shows some light tarnish, but no rust. As seen in the second photo there is a bobbin, an extra needle and an old pin. The next to last photo shows the instruction book and parts list which sadly is heavily deteriorated. Footprint is 10 1/2" by 6". This LIGHT RUNNING, Greyhound Trade Mark machine is a real find.
