This is a complete model everything included decals instructions. The kit would be worth it just for the wheels and tires. this is a very detailed model kit and I haven't seen very many for sale which makes this a rare kit . The kit seems to be compared to Tamiya in detail. All parts are still attached to the tree except for the rims which I have assembled but did not paint. The tires are made of a really nice material similar to rubber , and similar to the Tamiya kits.It is a great kit I'd love to build it I just don't have the time.
