The goods are sold from the State of Illinois and any disputes arising out of this transaction shall be governed by the laws of Illinois without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws. Bidder consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of Illinois courts. I combine shipments. I charge Illinois sales tax on all Illinois transactions. Local pickup is always available .
