This $25 chip is from the Top of the Vine Casino which was located at the Frazier Park off ramp of Intestate 5 in Lebec, California near the summit of the Tejon pass. This section of the road is called the "grapevine" thus Top of the Vine. I believe the club officially opened in 1995. T was a fire in December 98 and the club was closed. The chip was stamped and machined from metal and then plated with brass. Plastic was then flowed into the machined areas to create the final product. The two sides of the chip are different.
