Great, fully functional condition -- no dead pixels or scratches at all on the screen. Has a couple scuffs and a tiny chip on the bottom of the casing (see pics), none of which impair the quality/performance of the display. Will be repackaged; display/cables only (no paperwork, etc).*Also included is an Atlona AT-DP400 adapter (a $200 value), which allows you to connect this display to a PC with full functionality of the speakers, webcam & USB inputs as you would on a Mac OS platform.
