FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 4 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. This is a fabulous and beautiful button featuring 6 faceted segments. The mold reveals a lot of fine detail. They have a wonderful 3-D quality and the paint on the front really makes the design 'pop'. Each measures approx. 27mm (1 1/16") wide and has a metal loop shank. These are crystal and are reverse painted in a glittering teal/purple rainbow peacock AB metallic finish. There are is a white enamel wash o n the front. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!! We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons.
