Two Branchiosaur Amphibian Skeletons General Information Species: Apateon dracyiensis Period: Lower Permian Locality: Tabarz, Thuringia, Germany Size of Plate: 9 x 11 cm It is an excellent Plate of 2 Branchiosaur witch is 280 MYO years old. The fossil shows great details of the body. The Plate was discovered more the 25 years ago. The Branchiosaur was a pioneer of the first colonization on land in the lower permian age, 220 MYO years before the exodus of the dinosaur.
