This is an authentic artifact from Lauderdale County, Alabama that is made from a tan Fort Payne chert. It's fairly thin and lays flat. The blade edges have seen heavy use which has left them a tad ragged. Pieces like this were likely resharpened by the maker for reuse, it's interesting to note as narrow as this piece is, a resharpening would leave it approaching a drill form. A nice piece with good length, made from a quality material. Member AACA. Shipping is combined with multiple wins, one shipping charge ships all wins. 15 day return policy, buyer pays $4.50 S/H. ( I don't take pay-pal, you will need to pay with a personal check or money order.) If you win something and see that I'm auctioning something you like the next Sunday, let me know if you'd like me to hold your package over. One shipping charge will ship several weeks' wins if the buyer wants to go that route. If you'd rather go ahead and get your package asap, shoot me a check and I will get it right out. Thanks for checking out my auctions.
