9 3/4" Cobalt Blue Vase that appears to be hand blown. The base is ground to keep the vase level. This is a unique piece with multi-height fingers.Piece is fabulous! There is a slight manufacturing imperfection run, at least I think it is, in the rear. Hard to see but want to mention it. It does not take away from the overall great look of this vase! Please note that I am not an expert in every item I list; however, I do strive to describe my items to the best of my ability and list any major defects I am aware of at the time of listing.
