FENTON ART GLASS 4 3/4" EMBOSSED ROSES MARIGOLD CARNIVAL CANDY BOX 2010 This beautiful Fenton Art Glass 4-3/4'' Embossed Rose Candy Box is handcrafted in Marigold Carnival(5740-XY).A special spray of metallic salts creates various effects on different base glass colors. This Candy box has a base color of Black. Although it is named Marigold Carnival, it is a breathaking Black Carnival Glass. The intricate details of the 9 opened roses on its lid. With 2 on each scallop and one open rose on its finial. The base has 12 smaller open roses, 3 to each scallop and sit on 4 very ornate ball feet and beading under the open roses. Fenton's skilled craftsmen have slipped back in time to revive a signature iridescent treatment. In excellent condition, it carries the oval Fenton backstamp and comes in an original Fenton box.This lovely Candy Box is First Quality with no chips, dings or repairs.
