These 3 Victorian pins sell together for one bid: 1.) brass stickpin - about 2 ¾" long; has a ½" by 5/8" by about 1/8" exquisitely carved or molded amber glass? or stone? intaglio of a medieval gentleman, perhaps Dante?; the setting appears to be gold plated, but unmarked; very beautiful. 2.) 2 matching round pins with gray agate bordering a round intricate gold disk whose center stone was removed long ago - the larger pin measures almost 1 ¼" across & is about 3/16" thick, agate cracked at 2 places - one as a hairline, the other is chipped, its gold disk is almost 7/8" across; the smaller pin measures 11/16" across by 1/8" with a perfect gray agate border. Each pin is unmarked, but exceptionally well-made as is evident by the design & craftsmanship also on the back. Each pin has black enamel accents on its gold disk. Originally each pin had a black enamel design at its center; however, that was damaged when whatever stone in the center was removed, somewhat carelessly. An interesting trio, all for one bid.
