Most of the teeth are smooth and shiny from millions of years in the ocean dating back to prehistoric years: about 15 million to 25 million years ago!! Tfore, they are extremely fossilized. The colors of a majority of the teeth are black, brown, grey, and reddish. Sharks' teeth can only be found in a couple locations on earth, making them very rare and sought after. The teeth are from the Gulf of Mexico, Florida , and Australia .
