300 MILLION YEAR OLD WATER AAA BRAZILIAN ENHYDRO AGATE Size: 41 mm tall x 32.5 wide x 19 mm thick (t are 25.4 mm to the inch) Weight: 27.9 grams Play of color: black & white plumed bands with eyes of transparent & black quartz. The 300 million year-old fluid within the agate nodule is found in strata that is Pennsylvanian in age. The area in which these are found was once a geothermal area like Yellowstone Park is today in the USA. The strata contained volcanic hot spring geysers and thermal pools many feet below the surface. That was many hundreds of millions of years ago.
