Penn Antique Restoration 32"x79" Antique� Interior Douglas Fir Door w/ 4 Windows Lovely, antique interior door salvaged from an Historic home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The� door has a solid douglas fir core and 4 windows.Although there are 4 windows, only 1 has a� wavy glass installed. Unfortunately, 3 glass lites are plexi glass. We could either custom cut� new pieces from our collection of old glass, or we could order new glass lites (i.e.� beveled, tempered, leaded, stained, etc.) and install them-- email us for a� quote. Hardware : The door is currently not equipped with any hardware . However, w e� have a good selection of period hardware in our eBay store, and tons more in� our physical store. * If you would like any of the hardware holes patched with a solid block of� wood,--see "Modification" below. Condition : On the exterior, there is missing and broken molding on� each window. The bottom rail has a small chip in it. There is a break in the� lock housing. There is a cut that goes through the lock stile edge onto the� other side of the door. On the interior, there is a chip on top of the� hinge stile. A break in the lock housing. There is a gap approximately 1/8"� between the rail directly below the glass and the hinge stile. A strip of wood� is missing from the middle hinge mortise. Otherwise, the door is strong, sturdy, and� in great shape with only surface scrapes, scratches, small nail holes--minor cosmetic blemishes, which would be removed during� the finishing process or covered if painted. Refinish/Repaint : We could refinish, repaint, or partially or completely strip the door to prepare it for you to repaint or refinish. See the last photo in this auction as an example of our work. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote. Swing : The door is currently set up to swing into the home� towards the left. However, we could change it to swing towards the right --email� us for a quote. Modification : We could also modify this door to fit your� opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace glass, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, add decorative embellishments, etc. Email us� with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a� quote.
