Custom built Australian Ford V3000 fitted w/ German 2cm Flak38 6th Australian Division North Africa April 1941 This is a custom built Ford V3000. For fitting the bigger British Beford tyres it was necessary to enhance both, front & rear axle & to extend the front mudguards. Rear mudguards & protective plate for the gearbox where made from plastic sheet. 2cm Flak38 is mounted on a "Flakaufsatzrahmen". Ford V3000: ICM 2cm Flak 38 Early: Tristar Resin Tyres: WSW Modellbau Flakaufsatzrahmen: MR Modellbau Armor Plates: Italeri PSP Metal Plating: Verlinden Decals: Archer Fine Transfers Several Evergreen Profiles Model is camouflaged in Azur over Light Sand, washed & weathered w/ several pigments.
