Offered for your consideration is this VINTAGE MOVIE HOUSE REEL so called because 35MM film, upon delivery to the theatre, was transferred from the film exchanges stamped steel or plastic shipping reels onto these 'house reels' which were much nicer and much more durable and costly. Manufactured by the Goldberg Bros Company in Colorado, the leading manufacturer of theatre reels for decades. This is a 2000' capacity reel measuring 15 inches in diameter and it has no cracks or breaks and, though it needs cleaning, still has lots of life left.
