FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 4 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons are pressed from a wonderful Art Deco mold with great geometric design. They have a wonderful 3-D quality and glow from reverse. Each measures approx. 35mm (1 3/8") wide and has a metal loop shank. The buttons have a "mirror back" painted under glass in a soft pearlescent sea green/teal . They also have high shine silver accents, and a matte fuschia pink wash on the front which creates an illusion of high depth and makes the details "pop". They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!! We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons.
