From a recent estate auction....A really nice, solid DROP FRONT SPINET DESK, COMPLETE WITH DRAWERS AND CUBBYHOLES. NOTE; THE CUBBYHOLES CAN BE REMOVED TO STORE A LAPTOP! I will remove them at the customer's request. This desk is solid Maple, not a vaneer! It has been stripped professionally of its' original varnish. The stain is still t It merely needs a can of Varnish or Polyurethane and a little time to look like a million bucks. No aditional stripping or sanding is required. T are no structural flaws whatsoever. All of the hinges, knobs and screws are still t A beautiful finish can be obtained with about four hours of work and 2-3 days drying time. This will be a short listing. If it does not sell in 3 days, I will refinish it myself and relist it within one week.
