Presented for your bidding and dining elegance pleasure is this 39 piece set of Wm Rogers & Son silverplate flatware with wood storage box in the lovely vintage pattern named "Exquisite". I am not sure how old this set it, but this simple and elegant pattern was discontinued by International Silver in 1940. In this assortment, you will receive the following (length and silver replacement companies' prices are included for your information): (3) Forks 8.99 7 5/8" (7) Hollow knives 8.99 9 1/8" (8) Salad/desert forks 7.99 6 ¾" (1) Flat Handle Butter spreader 5.99 6 ¼" (13) Teaspoons 5.99 6 1/8" (6) Soup spoons round 7" (1) Sugar spoon 5 7/8" 12.99 Storage Box: Approximately 16 ½" wide, 11" long and 3" deep, nicely dovetailed wood, probably mahogany. Lined with tarnish retardant burgundy colored felt and marked with sticker which says: TARNISH RESISTING Chest Rock Manufacturing Company "From Standing Timber to Finished Product" STOUGHTON, MASS Plenty of room for more pieces! CONDITION: This set of silverware is used, with superficial scratches expected from use and very minimal resting marks and very slight pitting on a few of the pieces. All pieces have been polished to a high shine (using Goddard's silver polish, of course) and are ready for use or storage.
