.4 Africa Sahara PREHISTORIC ARROWHEADS Flint ARROW R637 . Inventory Number: R637 TM4695 Origin: Sub-Sahara desert, North Africa. Basic Description: Five authentic prehistoric stone arrowpoints. Approximate Age: Prehistoric, Neolithic 5000 B.C. to 2000 B.C. Materials: Chalcedony and chert (one is marbled [agate]). Approximate Size: The smallest measures 1 1/6 inches; the largest measures 1 3/8 inches long. Color: As in photos. Condition: Three are in mint condition; one has a re-chipped side. Remarks: This lot includes four impressive North African projectile points of prehistoric, Neolithic age . Three are lanceolate or diamond-shaped; one has deep shoulder tangs.
