Set of 4 intricately carvedoak kitchen chairs . T are lion headsand lion paws on the crown. Nicely turned spindled back and turned rungs. The bottom row of the back has a design also. Chairs measure 42"H, 18"W and 16.5"D. They were refinished in 1986 and new cane seats at that time too. One chair has new wood in the seat and new rungs (shown). Another chair has damage at each end of the rung (shown). Light spots in the picture are from the camera and the outdoor shadows - all chair backs have the same coloring. This is a very nice and unusual set of chairs. They have been lightly used. Chairs are solid, but more on the delicate side as opposed to heavy duty. Chairs are available for pick up in Paw Paw, Illinois . Buyer responsible for pick up.
