Up for auction is this nice restored deep hollowed boatstone size is 4" X 1 3/8"X 7/8" tall. The boatstone was found by Barry George by a creek in the 1970 in Allentown, Pennsylvana on his private property. The boatstone exhibit fine workmenship with form and style. The squared end,very deep hollowed inside 1/2", plus it's highly polish and it's lenght is big long 4" size for a boatstone. This one is not drilled out. I sent out to Tom Davis for his authentication services. Tom has it a stone material with shades of gray. The piece has been restored by Jim Beckman owner of Flint Restoration. I cover his business number on the picture if you want to see it email me will sent a picture to you. Please look at the picture were it has restored by Jim B. About an small 1/4 end was damage with a broken small chip was restored back on. On Jim B. notes he calls the material claystone and Tom D. calls it stone. This I will leave up to the new owner. If you want an Authentic boatstone at a fair price will you go. If this relic was whole with no damage mostly likely in the range of $400 to $600 plus. If t are any question feel free to ask..
