4 Parure Necklaces Bogoff(?) FRANCOIS CORO SARAH COV This is the first of several listings of pieces made for parures (full sets) by famous makers of vintage jewelry. These are adjustable length choker necklaces, dating the necklaces to 1947 through the 1950s. Often times, sets were marked on the earrings or brooch only, not on the necklace. Three of the four necklaces in this group do not have signatures. However, the style of chain or shape of the end fob are signatures that identify the makers as Bogoff , Francois , Coro , and Sarah Coventry . The necklaces are in good condition, with only one missing any stones or embellishments. The gold or silver metal finish retains its color on the front of the necklaces, even though it is worn on the back of the gold-tone necklaces. The pictures act as item descriptions and as the means for you to judge quality and condition. · Bogoff light gold-tone choker decorated with 45 faux pearl and over 50 clear rhinestones. The segments are the shape of the top of a fluer di lis . It is 16âe long. The drop chain of rhinestones was used by several makers.
