Details Below!!! 1940's Art Deco 5 Drawer Chest 's a nice Art Deco 5 Drawer Chest, 1940's in age. This chest is in original finish. It's in decent overall condition. T's are some chips the edges of the drawers and the back edge of one side. T's a picture of the worst of the drawers. The back edge is strictly on the edge and isn't an issue. This chest has a patina, light crackle in the finish and a few typical blemishes on top. The drawer pulls are wonderful, original, with bakelite. The chest is 36" wide, 19" deep and 49" high. READ ON! The drawers are dovetailed and the interior wood is oak. All slide free and are in good shape. The chest stand on pad feet, in original black. It's a heavy well made chest. We found no tags, but the construction is better than most. This chest is a solid piece of Deco Furniture. It's has an antique look and feel.
