This is a beautiful service for eight in the Noritake Buckingham pattern 6438. It is white with a raised floral pattern with platinum band. This pattern is discontinued and is in absolute mint condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Included are: 8 dinner plates 10 1/2" 8 salad plates 8 1/4" 8 bread and butter plates 6 1/4" 8 cups 8 saucers 1 gravy boat with attached base 1 creamer 1 sugar bowl with top One antique dealer told us that this was the pattern of Elvis Presley and his wife. However, I just received an Email from somebody indicating that Noritake Buckingham 6438 was not the particular Noritake Buckingham pattern of Elvis Presley (apparently t are more than one Buckingham patterns).
