This is a nice kit by Sally Dohrman, Little Miss houseItems included are:Pre-Cut Matboard, Wooden piece of stair sides & Decorative Piece, Wooden Trim, Printed Roof, Wallpaper, Bricks. Wood Flooring by Plastruct. Plastic door, windows & decorative pieces. Curtains....I think that is what they are.Cirkit Lighting, includes wiring, bulbs, cord & plug. Also beads to use as the light shade.Really cute Mary Engelbreit papers or decorate with your own.**I am trying to downsize**Remember this is a dollhouse miniature kit.
