Lil' 'Lo(Little Yellow)Finished 1:48 (1/4) scale Dollhouseby: FatCat Designs (Kelly Morin)THE EXTERIOR:The exterior of this cute little house has been finished with tiny siding painted a pretty yellow. The trim ha s been painted white and blue. The doors do open, but they are made of cardstock so I don't recommend using them as functioning doors. The roof has been shingled with "fish scale" shingles. The entire e xterior has been sealed with satin sealer. There is very minimal landscaping .THE INTERIOR:The inside of the house has been completely wallpapered with different yellow papers. The flooring in 3 of the 4 rooms is real wood, the 4th room ha s a paper "tile" floor. The rooms have all "crown" and floor molding.The house roofs and fronts all remove from the house to access the interior.THE EXTRAS:Included with this auction will be the 4 piece blue and ecru painted furniture set shown in the LAST photo.ALL OTHER FURNITURE IS NOT INCLUDED.
