49” LOU ANDREWS MINIMASTER R/C BALSA MODEL AIRPLANE KIT This is fairly difficult to find radio control Mini Master from the late 1960’s; designed by Lou Andrews, and manufactured by AMCO. The design is a great combination of classic outlines and possibly the best flying smaller sport airplanes ever designed. This is the little brother of the famous Sport Master and Trainer Master . This is a fantastic plane for vintage R/C and just all around sport flying The Mini-master has a wingspan of 49", wing area of 416 sq. in., length of 39.5” and requires one of your favorite .15 to .25 size model airplane engine. These planes build up very light and would be a great candidate for electric conversion with a 400 watt outrunner. The kit box is in good condition with some shelf wear and some stains. The kit contents including the balsa, plywood, hardware, canopy and full sized plans are all here and in excellent condition, everything just like it left the factory.
