On close cut single paper – so that you get the most quantity of stamps. Better variety with little or some duplication. Higher value definitive plus commemorative stamps. No common 1 st class definitive postage unless used in block. Few damaged stamps so that you get the best value of the purchase. Many of us started our collections with stamps extracted from mails. You will find many common and duplicated stamps if you are getting them from local mails. The same problem arises when you brought kilowares that are extracted from local mails. The missing stamps in your collection are usual the one that are used in foreign mails. Over 85% of stamps kilowares offered on eBay are “local” kilowares which you get many common local value stamps. We also sell “local” kiloware because it is so easy available than the foreign stamps collected in the country. In most cases, it takes the same time for us to collection 10 kg of local stamps and 0.5 kg of foreign stamps extracted from foreign mails. So they are not cheap and not easily available on eBay.
