5/8" Wide Dado Molding Plane, Ohio Tool Co, #47 This molding plane was made by the Ohio Tool Company. T is a maker mark on the nose, as well as one owner mark. The body is straight and true. It is marked "5/8" on the back, and "47" indicating the model number. The length is 9 1/2". It has a dark brown color and has not been cleaned. Both wedges are original with normal wear. Both the nicker and main blade are in good condition. The beaver is crisp, and the mouth has not been altered. Overall a good useable plane by an American maker. This is part of a batch of 5 dado planes, which I am currently listing. The picture at the bottom shows the lot. Please look at my other auctions to view the other planes.
