The winner will receive 5 mil spec HF mobile whip antenna elements made by TELEFUNKEN starting from base to top ( 2ea: MS-116, 1ea: MS-117, 1ea: MS-118A and 1ea: MS-118A-K ).These masts were used in tanks or Jeep. Fit in the AB-15 base insulator that can split in 2 halves and attached on any metal support with a suitable 2 inch round hole.The whip can be screwed in the flexible rod. Another use is for rotary dipoles. These tubes are extra strong and will not sag if turned horizontaly.The elements shown in photo are the MS-116, MS-117, MS-118-A and the short MS-118-A-K . If you install all of them (4 pieces, leaving out the short 118A-K) you get the standard mast of approximately 4 meters (13 feet) not counting the insulator. By turning them you may trim the hight for tuning, or replace the 118A with the short one 118A-K, or remove one MS-116 and short it about 1m. To make it higher at base installations you can add as many MS-116's as you like. You may easily support the mast by using fishing line .Please specify how many extra MS-116's you will probably need (each one gives approx 1m of extra hight) I will list them separately.Order can be combined.
