5.5 OUNCE TAXCO MEXICAN SILVER "THUMB PRINT" BRACELETANTONIO PINEDA MODERNIST DESIGN~MASSIVE 157 GRAMS~ Absolutely a killer, over-the-top, heavy and magnificent! A stunning example of Mexican modernist silver work, and by far the heaviest bracelet I've had the pleasure of offering. This is an Antonio Pineda bookpiece design, called the "Thumb Print". I've had his original of this exact bracelet several months ago, and this one is every bit as spectacular. Signed with "TR-79", which is the registered Taxco hallmark for Juan Enrique Reyes Millan, and marked "925, Mexico." Without a doubt, this is a timeless piece of wearable art. In superb vintage condition, with no dings, dents, or any other issues at all. Has a brilliant, mirror shine, and opens a full five inches - to fit on just about any wrist. Measuring a closed wearable length of 7 3/4" long, 7/8" wide, and a depth of about 1/2", this exceptional piece weighs a hefty 157.6 grams, or 5.563 ounces. _gsrx_vers_334 (GS 5.4.3 (334))
