5 Starry Eyed Santa Mugs by Howard Holt -- 1960. A great set of 5 retro chocolate mugs that were made in 1960s. Often people will say 1950s because the 6 on the bottom sometimes is not complete, but these are from the fabulous 60s. The white mug has starry eyed Santa with his beard highlighted with gold, cold painted red accents his nose and mouth and the red hat is the handle. Small gold dots decorate the "fur" trim of his hat. All are marked on the bottom (see picture) and 3 of them have markings on the bottom with a grease pencil that most likely was the original price. The chocolate mugs measure 2 5/8" high and they are 3" in diameter. Condition -- Very Good!! t are no chips or cracks. One mug even has the foil sticker on the bottom. They have light crazing. Two mugs have a small amount of discoloration on the front but not terribly dark. If you would like additional pictures, please contact me directly at .
