COPPER IS STILL GOING UP You are buying $50.00 face value of 95% copper Lincoln pennies that have been hand sorted. Dates are 1959-1981 and will include coins with mintmarks from Philadelphia (no mintmark), Denver D and possibly San Francisco S. This is 5000 coins with $50.00 in face value. These Lincoln memorial cents are 95% copper and 5% zinc and have been circulated. These currently have a bullion copper value of around $4.38 a pound and $1.07 a pound for the zinc for a total of $144.54 of metal value for this lot of pennies. These numbers come from (copy below). This lot of copper coins weighs 34 pounds! Insured priority mail shipping in a flat rate box will be $13.90 but I’m paying the shipping . The box will be shipped with delivery confirmation.
