Hello, you are bidding on 50 Shot Confederate Enfield Bullets . These are very hard to find these days (a place to metal detect is hard to find today). All these bullets were dug out of union positions at the bottom of Rocky Face Ridge in Dalton, Georgia in the late 80s and early 90s. The Confederates were entrenched in along the top of the ridge and the union army were never able to break through so they simply went around them. We found several hundred dropped enfields at the top of the ridge w the Confederates were entrenched so we know that the Confederate weapon of choice at least in this area was the Enfield Rifle. They are great specimens that will make for a great display or conversation pieces. These are a little higher quality than most of the shot bullets that you see listed on ebay. T are several mushroomed (direct hit bullets) along with multiple bullets with great rifle grooves on them. Like all relics that I sell, these are guaranteed to be civil war period or earlier and as described or your money back. Winning bidder to add $6.00 shipping. Thank you.
