50s~60s Vintage Italian CANDLE LANTERN Christmas LIGHTS ITEM DESCRIPTION This auction is for a string of vintage Christmas lights measuring 14 feet, 6 inches long with 10 lights resembling candle lanterns. Each light cover measures 2.5" high and is 1 3/8" across each square side. The yellow miniature light base is shaped like a red candle with dripping wax. The candle fits into a hole at the base of the gold tone lantern cover. (One pic shows the cover removed and the interior candle light base.) The top of each light cover has a hole for hooking a metal Christmas ornament hangar. The box front reads, "Santa's World, Genuine Italian Miniature Lights." The back has reads, "Made in Italy for Kurt S. Adler Inc." The set comes in its original cardboard box. It appears to have hardly been used and is in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures.
