New seller, vintage goods. Up for auction is an assortment of 1950's Period LIONEL TRAIN SET (without box) INCLUDES LIONEL ENGINE 2037 & TENDER LIONEL 50 ENGINE (Metal) MILK CAR PLATFORM with AUTOMATIC REFRIGERATED MILK CAR LIONEL LINES 6025 "Gulf" TANKER CAR LIONEL 6112 BOX CAR with THREE (3) "Air Activated Container" TANKS LIONEL 6424 FLATBED TRAILER (no extra parts or pieces?) LIONEL 336155 FLATBED TRAILER (again, no extra pieces included) LIONEL LINES 6017 CABOOSE (only has hitch on one end) PLUS, A LIONEL MULTI-CONTROL TOY TRANSFORMER (90 WATTS) AND, TEN (10) CURVED TRACK and EIGHT (8) STRAIGHT TRACK I did not notice any track which hooks up to the transformer, there are a few small extra pieces with wires which might help, but i'm not really a 'train person', so to speak. I'd rather play with LP record albums. This was most likely some "LIONEL TRAIN SET" back in the early 50's which has lost it's original box. The engine is very heavy and made mostly of metal. The various box cars have metal bottom and plastic upper box car bodies or attachments (plastic containers). The track has some of their mating pins, but not all. The two flatbed trailers might / must of had cars or attachments but they are not included. I believe the transformer included is not from the early 50's period, but later.
