Vintage, 3rd issue, Pan Am flight crew screw back badge. Made from 1944-59 by the Louis G. Balfour Company. Marked "LGB" and "1/10 10K GP" which I believe means 1/10th of it's 22 gram weight is 10k Gold. Some light scratches noticed on close inspection. Otherwise excellent. Nice collectible piece of PAA history. I'm told the ground crew badge would've been marked "Ground". Reasonable offers considered.
