Offering Vintage Advance Pattern #5501 "Button-Front Halter Dress with Collar" Halter dress has shirt-style bodice with button-front, collar and lapels. Bodice front is pleated to the curved midriff section, and waist is dart-fitted in the back. The full circle skirt falls to mid-calf from the natural waistline. Dress has side zipper. Cute little bolero jacket is cut to slip under the dress collar and has a front tie. Curved jacket hem accents the shape of the midriff. Cuffed sleeves are cut-in-one. Dress collar and jacket cuffs may be cut from contrasting fabric. Pattern is not dated - best estimate is 1950-51. Tissue (13pc) is unprinted, cut, and complete . The instruction sheet is present and complete, but battered. Envelope is in poor condition . T is a lot of edge and corner wear. The right edge is completely split, and the left side is partially split. T is a diagonal tear at upper right. The flap is present and complete, but tattered. All instructions, data and diagrams are complete. Very useable-vintage pattern. Cover illustration and color are good. Please see envelope photo for condition or email for more information.
